Eric Braun, EE, MA
President, Chief Technology Officer, Founder
Eric brings a technological, psychological, and entrepreneurial
triad that makes him uniquely qualified to lead the JITSR team:
Masters in Health Psychology Education, Stanford University;
B.S. in Electronic Engineering with a minor in Computer
Science, New York Institute of Technology; 30
years experience in systems & application design, experience since 1989 as Managing Principal of
Applied Wisdom Corp, a technology consultancy firm;
6 years experience teaching meditation and personal
growth, and developing numerous personal growth courses. His accomplishments include being the lead
systems architect on several projects including
web-based training & development technology for a Fortune 30 company, marketing database applications for Thompson
Healthcare, as well as being one of the highest rated
instructors at the UC Berkeley Engineering Extension
School for seven consecutive years.

Fred
Luskin, Ph.D.
Vice President of Research and Education, Founder
Fred worked as a Research Associate in preventive cardiology
at the Stanford University School of Medicine where
he developed stress management modules for people at
risk for cardiovascular disease. He has trained numerous
professionals to provide stress management training
and is the co-author of Stress Free for Good: 10 Scientifically Proven
Life Skills for Health and Happiness. He is also the author of the bestselling
books Forgive for Good and Forgive for Love, and serves as a Senior Consultant
in Health Promotion and Director of the Forgiveness Projects at Stanford University.
He is one of the world’s leading authorities on the teaching and research of
forgiveness and he lectures throughout the United States on managing stress, developing
emotional competence, forgiveness and enhancing positive emotions. He has been listed in both
Who's Who in America and the World in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Luskin earned a Ph.D. in counseling
and health psychology from Stanford University and is an associate professor at the
Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. |

Susan Seaburg
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Founder
Susan
is a Certified Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Instructor, and a Wellness Coach.
Prior to assuming her current role, Susan held a variety of management positions,
including more than 25 years in sales and marketing. Susan spent 17 years at Hewlett-Packard,
serving in several world wide roles, including Director of Global Selling Skills.
Her experience as an executive with a major corporation has been extremely valuable in
understanding how stress impacts employees and organizations. She has spent the last several
years working on tools, training, and coaching to help others find ways to deal with stress and to optimize their health. Susan started her career in Education, teaching at the High School and College levels. She continues to teach wellness-related programs to organizations and individuals. Susan is an accomplished speaker, who delights audiences with presentations on a variety of stress management, nutrition, and wellness topics. |
